I received the package the other day as well as an email from the company thanking me for my purchase and telling me to let them know if there were any problems with delivery. I received a second and final email letting me know I should have received my purchase and how did I like it? I think the customer service with Pretmanns is terrific. The fairy garden house is adorable, with the swinging door. Nothing was broken, and yes, the fairies are on a thin stake but it can easily be clipped off. I plan to put these items in my "fairy" shade garden when my granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) come in June. I like that the fairies have stakes so I can stand them up in the garden. The quality of the fairies is very nice for resin figures. I want to add to the garden figures and move them around to keep my granddaughters curious.

Beautiful detail on the fairy garden house and faries. This set is for my granddaughter who will display it in her room. We just need to nip off the garden spikes from the bottom of the fairies feet and the sign, then they should stand nicely indoors

Beautiful details on all the pieces. I like the fact that there are anchor pins on the fairies so that they stay in place. I used the fairy garden house and fairies for a demonstration on how to make fairy gardens for my flower arranging club. Everyone loved them. They were very carefully packaged upon arrival. The house is larger than I imagined. It is perfect for use in a larger pot.
