bought a bunch of stuff for my Girlfriend for our two year anniversary for her it keep adding to her garden at our home. These are really cool looking, very well crafted and very detailed. it was a pleasure interacting with Pretmann's; one of the arms of the Fairies came broken, got an email from Pretmanns asking how we liked everything and as soon as I mentioned the problem she put a replacement on the way immediately.

I received the package the other day as well as an email from the company thanking me for my purchase and telling me to let them know if there were any problems with delivery. I received a second and final email letting me know I should have received my purchase and how did I like it? I think the customer service with Pretmanns is terrific. The fairy house is adorable, with the swinging door. Nothing was broken, and yes, the fairies are on a thin stake but it can easily be clipped off. I plan to put these items in my "fairy" shade garden when my granddaughters (ages 2 and 4) come in June. I like that the fairies have stakes so I can stand them up in the garden. The quality of the fairies is very nice for resin figures. I want to add to the garden figures and move them around to keep my granddaughters curious. 🙂

Beautiful details on all the pieces. I like the fact that there are anchor pins on the fairies so that they stay in place. I used the house and fairies for a demonstration on how to make fairy gardens for my flower arranging club. Everyone loved them. They were very carefully packaged upon arrival. The house is larger than I imagined. It is perfect for use in a larger pot.

Very nice set. Perfect little fairy house. Two perfect little fairies. Nice little sign. Everything is of good quality and is just as shown in the picture. I like that the bottom of the house is open. With most of these little houses you can't insert a light, but with this one you can. Also, the door opens wide. I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery was timely.
